How to open the Timeline panel in dreamweaver?
The timeline has been canceled in the new dreamweaver version and cannot be used.
If you want to use it, you can only use versions earlier than dreamweaver 8.0. After selecting an image or a layer, click "Modify -- Timeline" on the main menu to open the corresponding attribute panel.
However, since the new version has canceled this function and does not need to be reused, what it makes should be outdated.
How to Use the Dreamweaver timeline?
The timeline seems to be a new feature compared to Dreamweaver2004, but it actually exists before version 2004, but Macromedia suddenly removes this feature in version 2004, the timeline of the new version has also changed compared with the previous one. Friends who are used to 2004 may find this function unfamiliar. Here we will briefly introduce how to use it and create a simple timeline animation.
Create a webpage file, draw a layer, insert an image into the layer, right-click the layer, and select the add to timeline option.
If your system does not open the Timeline panel, you can run the "window/timeline" menu command to open the Timeline panel.
After a layer is added to the timeline, a blue rectangle is automatically displayed in the layer. Drag the two white dots before and after the rectangle block to change the timeline length, or enter the frame value in the red box shown in Figure 38. Fps is the frame rate.
Select a layer and run the "Modify/timeline/recording layer path" menu command. The system automatically records the motion track when we drag the layer. Now, select a key frame next to the timeline, drag the layer on the page, the system records the Motion Track of the lower layer, and add the key frame in the timeline.
If you select the "automatic playback" and "loop" options, the timeline animation is automatically played when you open the webpage. Save the file and press F12 to preview the effect.
