How to print PDF file

Step one: Use some software to open the PDF file, if it is some simple and unstable reader, then may not print this function, we can use the official PDF software to open and print. Open the Reader software and click on the Open button to open a file that you want to print.

Step Two: Locate the PDF file you want to print in the Explorer, and then click the Open button to load it into the software and open it.

Step three: Now we can see that this PDF document has been shown in the software, we can simply click on the Print button on the Software toolbar to print directly, but if you are using other reading software and may not display the printer directly on the toolbar, click the file in the upper left corner. Then there will be a printing option. Basically all of the reading software's print locations are in the file.

Step four: After the printing can open the print interface, we can see a printer selection options, select a printer, and then select the number of copies to print below it, there are some other print settings, you can customize the settings, settings completed, click the Print button.

This is the time to start printing the PDF document, of course, you can also save the printed file, in the future when you need to print.

After clicking on the Print button, the software also loads and displays a progress, because a PDF document is made up of many pages and can be printed when the one by one load is complete.
