How to remotely control another computer

In our work, we often need to remotely control another computer. If the two computers can be easily implemented through remote desktop in the LAN, if the two computers are not in the LAN, they usually need third-party software.

 

Remote Desktop is used in three steps:

 

1. The remote desktop function must be enabled on the controlled side to add remote connection users;

 

2. Remember the IP address of the controlled terminal and the computer user with a password;

 

2. You can use Remote Desktop Connection on the IP address control side.

 

Controlled terminal settings (2-5 ):

 

First, select "computer" on the desktop, and then right-click and select "properties ";

 

 

In the displayed System Properties dialog box, click "remote control" on the left ";

 

 

In the System Properties dialog box "remote", select "remote assistance" and "Remote Desktop". At this point, the control terminal settings have been completed. For further settings, see step 1.

 

 

The "advanced" option in the remote assistance option allows you to set remote desktop invitations;

Console operation process (6-9 ):

 

Choose Start> Program> attachment> Remote Desktop Connection. In the displayed dialog box, enter the IP address of the controlled terminal and Click Connect.

 

 

The security prompt dialog box is displayed. The default user is a local user. Select "use another account", enter the controlled account and password, and click "OK.

 

 

In the pop-up remote desktop login dialog box, select "yes. Wait for the controlled computer to log off the current user and access the controlled computer with guest.

 

 

If you want to transfer files during remote control, you can click "show options" in the lower left corner when entering the IP address of the remote desktop ".

 

 

In the "local resources" column, you can manage local resources and devices. Click "details" to add a local drive to share resources.

 

After setting local resources, you can see that after you log on to the remote desktop, there is an additional "other" in the controlled computer resources. The resource is the F disk of the control computer.
