How to troubleshoot problems with network cause composer installation failure under Windows

Since composer mirrors are abroad, installing Windows Installer directly on the official website is not a successful installation in many cases.

Workaround:

1, add PHP to the system environment variable and open the OpenSSL extension.

2, click on the official website download page, drop down to Manual Download, choose one download (recommended latest version)

3, after download is a Composer.phar file placed in the PHP installation directory, and create a new Composer.bat file, write the following and save:

@ECHO"%~dp0composer.phar"%*

4. Open the command line input composer-v shown below for installation success:
