How to upload files to the SSH server from a local computer

Because SSH is used, we cannot use simple drag-and-drop or copy-and-paste operations to communicate with files on the local computer and the SSH server. We need to use the SCP command line.

 

SCP <local file name> <user name >@< SSH server address>: <upload and save path: File Name>

For example. If you want to upload the.txt file under the current directory to the testfile folder on the sshserver and change it to B .txt, the SSH server URL is 127.0.0.1, and the user name is admin.CodeAs follows:

SCP a.txt admin@127.0.0.1:./test/B .txt

 

Without B .txt, the file name is not changed. In general, it is appropriate to use absolute paths in the path.
