In Latex, because only the line annotator "%" is availableCodeAnnotations are troublesome. You can use the following method:

% Content to be commented out

\ Fi % comment ended

In fact, it is a condition statement, but setting the condition to always false is equivalent to commenting out.
If you use winedt as the editor, right-click the content to be annotated and Choose Insert comment. When the comment is removed, select "Remove comment ".
If you use ps3as the editor, you can use the "insert characters per line" function in "row operations.
