Export
1, open
2, click the "File" menu, move the mouse to the "Export" command, the menu appears;
3, click the Address Book, the Address Book Export Tool dialog box, select text file (comma-delimited), click the Export button;
4. The "Export CSV" dialog box appears, enter the filename in the "Save File as" box, click "Browse" button to change the location of the file, select your favorite folder, click the "Save" button to return to the "Export CSV" dialog box, click "Next";
5, the "Select the Domain to Export" dialog box, select your favorite domain, click Finish, the confirmation dialog box appears, click OK to go back to the Address Book Export Tool dialog box, click Close.
Import
1, click the "File" menu, move the mouse to the "import" command, the menu appears;
2, click the Address Book, the Address Book Import Tool dialog box appears, select text file (comma-delimited), click the Import button;
3, the "Import CSV" dialog box appears, enter the file name in the Select File to import box or click the Browse button, select the folder where you want to store the address Book, select the Address Book file, click the Open button to return to the Import CSV dialog box, and click Next.
4. The "Map Fields to import" dialog box appears, select the fields you want to import, click Finish, the confirmation dialog box appears, click OK to go back to the Address Book Import Tool dialog box, and click Close.
