How to get Windows 7 to automatically update hardware drivers

So far, Microsoft's latest desktop operating system, Windows 7, has been officially released for more than a year, and the author has changed its computer's operating system for the first time since it was released. I can responsibly say that Windows 7 is definitely the most gorgeous Windows system ever, but that's not the issue we're going to focus on today. So on the other hand, how efficient?
