How to handle OEM startup errors under Windows

First, start ORM Error

C:\Documents and Settings\hostname>emctl start Dbconsole

environment variable ORACLE_SID not defined. Please define it.

Second, set up Oracle_sid

C:\Documents and Settings\hostname>set ORACLE_SID=ORCL

Third, start OEM, there are new mistakes

C:\Documents and Settings\hostname>emctl start Dbconsole

Unable to determine the local host from URL repository_url=http://hostname:%em_upload_port%/em/upload/

Four, set Dbcontrol (follow the prompts, the final OEM will automatically start)

C:\Documents and Settings\hostname>emca-config Dbcontrol db
