Solution:
If you want to display duplicate values for a range of data in a high brightness, you can use the conditional formatting in Excel 2010 to implement them. The specific method of operation is as follows:

Selects the data range, such as the A2:a13 area where the item number is located in the instance.
- from the Start tab, select Conditional Formatting and click New Rule.
- Select Format only for unique or duplicate values, confirming that repeat is selected, which formats the duplicate values in the selected data range.
- Click the Format button in the lower-right corner of the upper figure and set a high-brightness display color, such as setting the background fill to light blue.
- Click OK to see three duplicate item numbers, shown in blue. The final effect is shown in the following illustration.
