Character substitution, as the name implies, replaces the original character with the new character. The character substitution tool in Excel, on the one hand realizes the search function of character, on the other hand realizes the substitution function of search result.
1. Open the Excel table and select the range you want to find.
2. Select the edit-Replace command in the menu bar.
3. Fill in the contents of find content and replace in the Find and Replace dialog box that pops up. Here we enter "male" in the "Find what" bar, and enter "female" in the "Replace with" bar box.
4. Click the "Replace All" button, and then pop up the replacement dialog box, click "OK" button, and close the Find and Replace dialog box.
