I would like to ask you if we are working on software projects to help users, or if we are hitting the user's bowl?
When I say this, it is estimated that everyone will be a little confused, but think about how many old accounting workers have been laid off by accounting computerization in the past few years, and how many workers on the assembly line have been taken home by mechanical automation, fortunately, agriculture is still not automated, or even the 0.8 billion farmers will not go into the city.
Therefore, the software project may be in the interests of the entrusting party, but it may not be in the interests of the user. Therefore, the end user certainly cannot let the project proceed. There is no such thing as harming the company's interests for individual users. How many contracts can be made clear that a project can be extended due to user change needs, and that 3‰ of the fee will be no longer overdue? I don't think so. The legal system has not yet reached that point, and there is still such a Chinese national condition. So the software project has been extended, and the software company cannot afford it. In this case, it would be impossible for a software project to be killed. I am afraid to give you some ideas here for your reference.
The first one is to turn the enemy into friends. What should I do? General Software Projects (I mainly refer to MIS, OA, ERP, CRM, etc. Because I am familiar with this kind of software, I don't know the proprietary set, I would like to add this to your suggestion). The first step is to replace some existing manual work. The second step is to completely replace the manual work function, but it cannot be separated from manual work. The third step is, this completely replaces the manual work function, while the existing manual work is more intelligent on the basis of the existing machine. I take a CRM as an example. The first step is to record some customer information and materials, visit records, and so on. At this time, sales are still different, but there is only one more process to be recorded in the system, it may be troublesome, but the system will also remind them regularly to help them make a memorandum, which is barely the same. Step 2: You can know all the situations of a user and the current situation of the sales project without any sales participation. Step 3: perform data mining based on the customer's previous behaviors to analyze and predict the customer's next actions. Sales perform appropriate actions based on this prediction to obtain customers.
The above are three steps, but the friend who has actually implemented CRM knows that the most feared of sales is that the company has mastered the most detailed information of all customers, because sales rely on this information to compete with the company to ensure their own interests, and the company is most afraid of selling a bunch of customer information, so that the company's money for sales customers, in the end, this customer belongs to the sales department rather than the company. The sales team has played multiple games for this benefit, basically winning and losing each other. How can we put the CRM system into this situation and settle the issue.
