First step: Add jars to referenced Libraries
Right-click on the Jar--Select Build path---ADD to build path
The second step is to set the Java doc for the Jar
Right-click on the jar under referenced libraries and select Build path---Configure build Path
Select the Javadoc location of the jar and click Edit
Here are the two methods of loading, depending on the situation you choose
Select Workspace File, click Browse, select the corresponding Javadoc. jar or. zip
Click Validate to verify.

The third step is to adjust the priority of the Reference library.
Select order and Export--Select the corresponding JAR--click Up

Results:
This way, when you use the Jar library, you can display the corresponding comment by moving the mouse over the corresponding class and function.
