Select Start> connect> show all connections, double-click the connection used by the network adapter, and click Properties. In the Properties dialog box, select the Advanced tab. Select "link speed/duplex mode" in the "properties" column, and then change "auto mode" to "10 half mode" in the "Set Value" column ".

In this way, manually set the 10/100 M Adaptive Nic attribute to 10 m half duplex mode, so that automatic negotiation is not performed between NICs, so that data is always transmitted between NICs at a speed of 10 Mbps, this greatly improves the transmission efficiency between networks. This setting is only valid for some NICs.
