In the PPT often uses the chart, like the column chart, the pie chart and so on, these graphs are based on certain data establishment, therefore we must establish the data table before then to produce the chart. Here are two ways to create and insert a chart, but the principle is the same.
Method: Create a chart from Excel and copy it into PPT
Open Excel, create a table, build the chart based on the data in this table, and click Insert--Column chart
In the open Drop-down list, we select a style
So in Excel a chart is created, we right-click the chart, and then select Copy
Switch to PPT, we right click on the blank position, and then choose "Paste"
So the chart is inserted into the PPT, the effect is as follows
Method Two: Create directly in PPT
After opening the PPT, we first create a slide, click "New Slide" on the menu bar---choose any layout
Click on the thumbnail of the chart in the slide, so that the dialog box for inserting the chart opens
Select a style for the chart and click OK
Open the Excel table, we enter the data in this table, this data is used to build our chart, at the beginning gives some default data, this data is useless, modify the data, change to the icon you need, the second picture in the following figure
When you close Excel, the chart is created automatically, and we see that the chart was built with the data we just entered.Classification:
