Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window and switch to the page layout ribbon. Click the Watermark button in the page background group and select the Custom Watermark command in the Open Watermark panel, as shown in Figure 1.

2nd step, in the Open Watermark dialog box, select the Watermark Text Radio box. Click the text Drop-down menu, and the user can select from the list the text suggestions provided by Word2013 as a text watermark, as shown in Figure 2.

3rd step, if the text watermark list in the text does not meet the needs of users, you can enter a custom watermark text in the text edit box, and then set the font, size and color respectively. Select the Translucent checkbox, which allows the watermark to appear in a more covert display, without affecting the reading of the body content. Set the watermark layout to italic or horizontal, and click OK, as shown in Figure 3.
