Step One: Install the MathType Formula Editor (not installed hurriedly first install, I believe you have already installed).

Step Two: Click "View"--click "Macros"--click "Record Macro".

Step three: Enter the name you want in the name above, such as "formula editing." Click "OK".

Step four: Click "Insert"--click on the "Object" below the inverted triangle--click "Object J",
