Method 1:

Use syslinux for better compatibility.

1. Download the attachment usbtest-prayaya.zip and decompress it to the root directory of the USB flash drive (the root directory must be used ). This is used to test whether your USB flash drive can be used to start the prayaya system.

If the USB test directory is decompressed, copy everything in the directory to the root partition of the USB flash drive.

2. Run makeboot. bat. It will make the USB flash disk into a boot disk and will not damage the data on the disk. Please feel free to use it. After running it, a hidden file will be generated: ldlinux. sys.

3. Restart and enter the bios to start from the USB flash drive (some machines have shortcut keys to start the device ).

4. If syslinux is enabled, your USB flash drive can be used to start prayaya livesystem. Otherwise, replace the USB flash drive and repeat the preceding steps.

6. Create a folder prayaya-livesystem-usb in the root directory of the usb flash drive. Note that the file name must be in lower case.

7.download the attachment syslinux.cfg.zip, decompress the package, and replace the file with the same name in the root directory of the USB flash drive.

Note: Download syslinux-804.cfg.zipin prayaya804, and use syslinux.cfg.zip

Versions later than Prayaya_Small 20080910 belong to the prayaya-804

Then, change initrd.gzto initrd.imgand put initrd.gz and vmlinuz in the root directory of the USB flash drive (the root directory must be included with syslinux. cfg ).

Download the required ro module and put it in the prayaya-livesystem-usb/ros directory.

9. Restart and choose to start from the USB flash drive. After the screen is displayed, press ENTER and wait for a while (the time depends on the motherboard and USB flash drive device, which can be seconds or minutes at most ).
