How to install a network printer under Windows XP
1, click Start Menu, open "printer and fax";
2. Under Printer Tasks, click Add Printer to open the Add Printer Wizard, and then click Next.
3, click the network printer or a printer connected to another computer, and then click Next.
4, use one of the following three methods to connect to the selected printer
(1) Browse printers
(2) Connect to this printer
(3) Printers connected to the Internet, home, or office network
5, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the network printer connection process.

Note: If you try to add a network printer at the office, you usually need to know the name of the printer. If you do not know the printer name, please contact your network administrator
1, click Start menu, open "Device and printer"
2, click "Add Printer"
3. In the Add Printer Wizard, click Add Network, Wireless, or Bluetooth printer
4. In the list of available printers, select the printer you want to use, and then click Next
5. If prompted, click "Install Driver" to install the printer driver on your computer. If you are prompted to enter an administrator password or confirm, type the password or provide confirmation
6. Complete the remaining steps in the wizard, and then click Finish

1, use the mouse, point to the top right corner of the screen, and then move the pointer down, click "Settings"-"Control Panel";
2, select "View equipment and printer";
3, click "Add Printer";
4, according to the instructions, add wired or wireless printing equipment;
