How to install a not signed RPM via yum?

Source: Internet
Author: User

Yum is generally used for remote installation, or for local RPM packages. It can automatically resolve the dependency between local RPM packages: yum localinstall package. rpm

Sometimes, when our rpm package is not recorded in the yum tree, the/etc/yum. conf gpgcheck = 1 in the default setting will not be installed. Set gpgcheck to 0!

THREE ways:

1. Just use the simple "rpm-ivh package. rpm" (you get the same result as doing "yum localinstall package. rpm"); or

2. Edit/etc/yum. conf and change the value of gpgcheck from 1 to 0.

3. yum localinstall package. rpm -- nogpgcheck
