I recently reinstalled the system and found that data cannot be captured from dl.ssl.google.com when setting up the android environment.
If you try a variety of methods, neither proxy nor URL change will work.
After several hours of continuous attempts at Google, I finally found a solution:
First, you can only try one web site at a time, because the update/install of eclipse is website blocking and will not capture the next website until the current website is successfully crawled. This can be set in WINDOW> preferences> install/update.
Then, the "capture all websites" check box will be removed during install.
Disable all firewall anti-virus software, etc.
If not, change the host file and add the line 74.125.237.1 dl-ssl.google.com.
The host file is located in c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts in Linux, and in/etc/hosts in Linux.
If not, I don't know what to do.

Just try it. That's all!
