How to install Apache (PWS) php4mysqlphpmyadmin under Windows 98

1. Install PHP4

Copy Php4ts.dll,msvcrt.dll to C:\windows\system
Rename php.ini-dist to php.ini copy to C:\windows\

2. Install APACHE1.3.12
