In this tutorial, you will learn how to use the bino 3D movie player in Ubuntu to watch 3D movies. You can execute the following command on the terminal to easily obtain information about the 3D movie player.

  1. Apt-cache search bino

Open the new terminal (CTRL + ALT + T) on your Ubuntu computer and run the following command to install bino.

  1. Sudo apt-get install bino

After the bino installation is complete, start it through the Application → audio/video → Bino, or simply enter bino in the terminal and press Enter.

If you want to play a video, you can click Open in a File to locate your 3D video clip or movie. Your movie will start playing, but the picture is still divided into two parts. No one likes to watch the movie like this.

Select Left/Right in Input. You will see a big change and I think you will like it. The following describes everything. Although I was just using the bino player, I tried to play it and see if I could find more tips.

Do not forget to click the play button to watch the movie.
