Open the Eclipse,help--eclipse Marketplace client to find
Some eclipse does not have this functionality to add the Eclipse Marketplace Client manually.
Help--install new software
Address field input:http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/indigo/(here, using the Eclipse Indigo version, replace the Indigo string in the URL based on your eclipse version, The names of each version in Eclipse are shown below)
After entering enter, select General Purpose tools-marketplace Client, then go all the way next or agree
After the download is complete, restart Eclipse, select Help--eclipse Marketplace Client, and you can search for the plugin to download and install.

Eclipse has been using Jupiter's satellites as a version name since 3.1, for example:
