How to install Linux Kernel 4.15 In Ubuntu/Linux Mint

How to install Kernel 4.15 in Ubuntu:
In addition to using the graphic tool UKUU to install the latest mainline kernel package, the following steps will show you how to manually download and install it in all the current Ubuntu versions.
Install Linux Kernel 16.04 on Ubuntu 16.10 and Ubuntu 4.10
The main kernel does not contain any drivers or patches provided by Ubuntu. They do not support and are not suitable for production.
The main kernel PPA provides a new kernel binary file for Ubuntu, which can be downloaded at the following link:
Download Linux Kernel 4.15 (. deb)
Depending on your operating system type, please download and install the software package in sequence:
- Linux-headers-4.15.0-xxxxxx_all.deb
- Linux-headers-4.15.0-xxx-generic (/lowlatency) _ xxx_amd64 (/i386). deb
- Linux-image-4.15.0-xxx-generic (/lowlatency) _ xxx_amd64 (/i386). deb

Uninstall Linux Kernel 4.15:
Start/restart your machine, and select previous kernel boot from Grub2-> advanced menu. Use Ubuntu Tweak or other system tools to delete Kernel 4.15, or you may see a tutorial on how to delete the old Kernel.
