How to install VMware Tools for Ubuntu

Select Virtual Machine menu Bar--Install VMware Tools

And then in the VMware Tools window, which pops up in the Ubuntu system,

Find vmwaretools-9.6.0-1294478.tar.gz

Then right click--Copy to--desktop

The folder icon on the left at this time after the copy--right to repel the first

Then the vmwaretools-9.6.0-1294478.tar.gz on the desktop

Right-click to extract here

There's a Vmware-tools-distrib folder on the desktop.

And then reopen the folder icon on the left.

After opening, there is a search in the upper right corner.

After the loss, click on the magnifying glass icon to search

and select the file system in the search results.

And then--reload

The lower right corner prompts for a positive search
