How to install VMware Tools in 64-bit Debian 7.x

Hello everyone, I just learned Linux in Dana, Beijing, and downloaded Debian 7 on the boring afternoon of June October 4. The result is that after the installation is complete, another important problem is that VMware Tools (VT) cannot be installed once by default! This is because Debian 7.x is installed without components by default. During the installation of VT, the following three components are displayed: GCC, make, and kernal headers.


My solution is to enter:

Apt-Get install make

Apt-Get install gcc

Aptitude install linux-headers-amd64


After the installation is complete, reinstall vt.
