How to install mysqli extension modules in PHP

At some point, for example, when installing Statusnet, an error occurs:

Cannot find a database extension. Need at least one of mysqli, Pgsql

This shows that there is no mysqli or pgsql extension in PHP, and here is a description of the MYSQLI installation process.

To enter the directory/usr/local/php-5.4.14/ext/mysqli, run the sudo phpize command to generate the Configure file, and then run the following command to install it:

If the above does not report any errors, the installation is successful.

Finally enter into the/usr/local/php/etc, modify PHP.ini, will be Extension=php_mysqli.dll modified to Extension=php_mysqli.dll can.
