Because IE7 is added to the system verification mechanism, IE7 cannot be installed if your Windows version is not the official version. If you want to install IE7, it is simple and you do not have to crack the patch:
1. Select "show hidden files and folders" in the folder options.
2. Find the data folder in the C: \ Documents ents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ Windows Genuine Advantage \ folder and delete the data. dat file.
3. Set the all users folder in c: \ Documents ents and Settings \ to read-only.
4. Download The IE7 installation package to successfully install ie7.
