How to install LumaQQ in Linux

◆ 1. First download a lumaqq2005 version with jre:

Http://www.flyzhy.org/web/downlo... x86_with_jre.tar.gz

◆ 2. Download lumaqq2006M2 without jre:

Http://lumaqq.linuxsir.org/downl... 2_x86_no_jre.tar.gz

◆ 3. decompress the 2005 version first:

$ Tar zxvf lumaqq_2005-linux_gtk2_x86_with_jre.tar.gz

The LumaQQ directory is displayed.

◆ 4. Get the root permission,Move the directory to the/usr/local directory:

# Mv LumaQQ/usr/local/

◆ 5. Decompress version 2006M2:

# Tar zxvf lumaqq_2006M2-linux_gtk2_x86_no_jre.tar.gz

You will get the LumaQQ directory, but the content is different from the one you just obtained :-)

◆ 6. Enter this directory:

# Cd LumaQQ

◆ 7. Copy all the files in the current directory to the/usr/local/LumaQQ directory and overwrite the files with the same name:

# Cp-r */usr/local/LumaQQ/

Now, you have obtained the M2 version with jre. You can run it in two ways:

A. Open a virtual terminal in command line mode, and then

$ Cd/usr/local/LumaQQ

$./Lumaqq &

B. You can also create a starter or a shortcut on the desktop to start it.

The installation is successful according to the above steps)
