How to invoke tablet Input Panel in WINDOWS8

1. First confirm whether to open the tablet computer components, open the Control Panel, select "Programs and Features", as shown in the following figure:

2. Click "Enable or disable Windows features" as shown in the following illustration:

3. Check to see if the "tablet computer components", if not checked, please tick, and then prompts to restart the computer. As shown in the following illustration:

4. Right-click the taskbar space-Select the toolbar-select the Touch keyboard. As shown in the following illustration:

5. You will see one more keyboard icon on the taskbar, click on it.

6. Open Touch Keyboard, not handwriting mode, click on the lower right corner of the keyboard to choose handwriting.
