Open Internet Explorer, enter chat.lenovo.com.cn login in the Address field and click on "Online consultation" to get manual online support.

Specific Login method:

1. In the IE browser address bar, enter: chat.lenovo.com.cn after clicking on the registration of new users;

2. Click New User Registration, fill in your personal information;

3. After completing the information, click "Register Now" and then re-open IE browser and enter chat.lenovo.com.cn after entering the user name and password, then click Login;
