1. Make surfing speed unaffected by irrelevant protocol

The "Link Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O driver" option and the "Link-layer Topology Discovery Responder" option are less useful if we only want to access Internet networks without having to access other special types of networks. At this point we must cancel the selection of these two options in time to minimize the workload of the NIC device.

If we don't need to access shared resources on our local area network, or if we don't want to set up shared resources on the local server system, we can also remove the "Microsoft Network Client" option and the "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Network" option here. However, in order to be able to surf the internet properly, we have to select the Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4) option here. Of course, it is also necessary to remind you that when we install a tool software such as Kaspersky or ARP firewall in the Windows Server 2008 Server system, the server system automatically adds a communication protocol corresponding to the security software in the list box in the Figure 1 interface.
