Netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid= the network name you want to establish (English format) key= the password you want to set (at least 8 digits) enter
For example my is: netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=test key=12345678 carriage return
Re-enter the netsh wlan start hostednetwork press ENTER to activate the wireless network. (These two orders are in order)
You can then use your mobile phone to search for and connect to this wireless network
Then enter the local connection properties? D share? D Check two √ on the page, select Wireless Network 2 in the Pull-down menu

If you later need to stop sharing a wireless network, enter the Netsh wlan stop hostednetwork in CMD.
