It is a headache to uninstall a DB2 database. But it doesn't matter. The method for manually detaching A DB2 database described below may solve your problem.
Manually uninstall the DB2 database:
The following method is applicable when the Windows Installer Cannot uninstall DB2 and the "Force Delete" method of a colleague does not take effect. The following uses the DB2 ESE version as an example. If the product key is different, the uninstall method of other products is similar to that of ESE.
The product ID changes when it is written to the Registry. In the following example, the DB2 ESE product ID is changed, from {D8F53726-C7AD-11D4-9155-00203586D551} see the product table below) to 62735f8dda7c4d111955000251275d15.
Note: the steps below describe how to find the changed key value based on the product ID.
For example, ESE's product GUID is {D8F53726-C7AD-11D4-9155-00203586D551} which can be found in the following product table ).
A) The GUID consists of 5 parts, D8F53726-C7AD-11D4-9155-00203586D551.
B) flip the first three segments from the end to the header respectively) and change to 62735F8D-DA7C-4D11.
C) Remove all the separators "-" and change them to 62735F8DDA7C4D11.
D) the above step will get the first 16 characters, and the key value written to the registry will be changed to 62735f8dda7c4d1119550002500005d15. Note that you need to focus on the first 16 characters.
The steps for manual deletion take ESE as an example)

2. Delete all files and directories under "SQLLIB.
3. Delete all shortcuts and folders.
4. Delete All DB2-related environment variables "my computer"/"attribute"/"advanced"/"environment variables ")
