How can we make a photo clear from one corner to another?
Note a lot of details before getting the best definition. The definition is damaged by negligence in any detail. Most of these details are optical mechanical, such as device calibration, vibration elimination, accuracy of focus, and the optical performance of the amplification device in use.
The amplifier must be sturdy, because the vibrations make all parts of the photo unclear. The larger the photo, the more powerful the amplifier must be. The ground of the dark room should be hard and the concrete should be the best. If you walk through the floor, everything in the room will vibrate, which will affect the photo quality. Therefore, do not move static when the amplifier is exposed. Sometimes it takes 15 seconds before exposure to make all objects completely static. Many amplifier manufacturers produce a wall-mounted bracket. One end is fixed in the wall, and one end is connected to the top of the amplifier. It helps the stability of the amplifier.
Choose a stable and sturdy workbench. I use heavy duty Workbench made of thick steel. I have a ton of images, so the workbench is more stable. The ideal amplifier base is a concrete platform that is firmly positioned in the foundation. The workbench must be horizontal. Use the bubble level to correct the Bottom Plate of the amplifier. The Bottom Plate of the amplifier is preferably fixed or screwed on the workbench with screws.
The next step is to adjust the video clips and lenses so that they and the amplifier board are in the correct position. This allows you to use an Omega amplifier with a gauge to adjust the gauge, or use a simple rigid gauge.
Finally, use a clear negative film or graphic piece used for testing to check whether the image on the Size board is centered on the center and the corner. The definition of the whole airport should be the same.
Then enlarge a photo. The aperture used cannot be smaller than the maximum aperture. Otherwise, the optimal definition cannot be reached. If it is not clear, it means there are other obstacles at work.
At this time, first consider the vibration problem. You must wait until all the vibrations caused by adjusting the amplifier are terminated before you can manipulate the Foot Switch for exposure. If the amplifier timer and the amplifier are on the same stage, you must use the Foot switch, because the timer may cause vibration.
During the exposure period, remember not to lean your body on the workbench. You must wear dark overalls to zoom in. Light-colored clothing will make the pressed cardboard frame reflect the light to the magnification paper, so that the photo's highlight part is dimmed.
As the aperture changes during zoom-in, the lens decoding will change significantly. Shrinking the aperture from the maximum aperture can significantly improve the solution. Generally, two or three blocks are the optimum degree. That is to say, the best aperture for an f2.8 lens is f5.6, FLL, or small aperture.
