How to modify the encoding format in eclipse

International General is utf-8, but the Chinese system is GBK. In order to better with international standards, recommended in the Utf-8 format.

Sometimes import projects, some Chinese characters are garbled, or some inexplicable error, then you need to modify the encoding format.

Method (Suppose we want to modify the GBK encoding format to UTF-8):

1:window->preferences->general->content types menu to the right: Java Class file default encoding modified to Utf-8, and then the text under the Java Source file changed to Utf-8

2: Then still the General->workspace menu to the right: Text file encoding modified to Utf-8
