How to modify the host name in Linux

How to modify SuSE Linux

Modify/etc/hostname Linux-ro

Modify/etc/hosts

12 7.0.0.1 linux-ro.localdomain Linux-ro

XXX. XXX Linux-ro

(XXX. XXX is the IP address of the local machine)

Run/etc/rc. d/boot. localnet start
