Because I use the general is UTF8, so it is necessary to change:

Open the MySQL console and enter the password to log in and execute the command:

Show variables like '%char% ';

Note that the Chinese and English format of the quotation marks and the semicolon of the last face should not be lost;

After execution, the name of the variable and the corresponding value value will be displayed;

After you open the configuration file in MySQL My.ini, locate

[Client]

Add a sentence below it:Default-character-set=utf8

Find [MySQL]

Add the same content below it as above;

Find [mysqld], usually at the bottom of the line,

Add a Character-set_server=utf8 below it

Note: Not the same as the above two.

After the addition, save, restart the service, and then execute show variables like '%char% '; command, you will find that in addition to the value of filesystem the other has become UTF8.

It doesn't matter if the filesystem is not changed.
