INTEL removed the EHCI controller from the SKYLAKE platform and changed it to the XHCI controller. The native Win7 system does not support the XHCI controller. Simply put, without the EHCI controller, the original Win7 system cannot be directly installed on the SKYLAKE platform.

The size of the USB flash disk is recommended to be 4 GB or larger. This operation will clear the data in the USB flash disk. Before the operation, back up the personal important data in the USB flash disk.

2. Right-click the downloaded tool and select "decompress to current folder ";
3. Open the "WindowsImageTool" folder generated after decompression;

We recommend that you use the pre-installed operating system on the intel skylake platform. After the Windows 7 system is modified, many models of the intel skylake platform do not currently have drivers downloaded from the Windows 7 system. Even if the driver is downloaded from Windows 7, all functions of the machine cannot be implemented, such as Bluetooth, WIFI, fingerprint, touch screen, and touch pad.
