How to mount an ISO file in CentOS

To mount an ISO file in CentOS, create a folder named iso in the/mnt/directory, and run the following command on the terminal as root: path of the mount/ISO file /*. iso/mnt/iso-tiso9660-ocadepage = 936 & nbsp mount the ISO file under CentOS:

Create a folder named iso in the/mnt/directory and run the following command on the terminal as root:

Mount/ISO file path/*. iso/mnt/iso-t iso9660-o cadepage = 936

Go to the/mnt/iso/directory and double-click autorun.

Assume that you have three AS3iso installation files in the fc folder of the E drive.

Use the following command

# Mount-o iocharset = cp936/dev/hda6/mnt/e

# Mount-o loop/mnt/e/fc/rhel-3-i386-as-disc1.iso/mnt/cdrom

You can create a folder at will under/mnt and mount it to the new folder, for example, # mkdir/mnt/iso, not necessarily cdrom

# Mount-o loop/mnt/e/fc/rhel-3-i386-as-disc2.iso/mnt/iso
