How to move Access 2007 's Quick Access Toolbar to the bottom of the Ribbon

The Quick Access Toolbar is used to place the Access2007 commands most commonly used by users, by default, the Quick Access Toolbar is located above the Ribbon, and users can move it below the ribbon based on usage habits, as described in the following procedure:

Step 1th, open the Access2007 window, and in the Quick Access Toolbar, click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button, as shown in Figure 2008123101.

Step 2nd, select the show below Ribbon command on the open Custom Quick Access Toolbar menu, as shown in Figure 2008123102.

Tip: If you want to restore the Quick Access Toolbar to the top of the Ribbon, you can select the show below Ribbon command on the Customize Quick Access Toolbar menu.
