How to open a new tab in IE8 is automatically switched to a new tab

Procedure:
When using Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8, and the updated version of IE, we open a link in the new tab, but always want to switch directly to the new tab instead of staying on the current tab. How can I perform this operation?
