How to open multiple Excel workbooks

First, save the workbook as a workspace

To open a workbook from the workspace, you first need to save the workbook that you want to open once as a workspace (. xlw) type, with the following actions:

Step 01, open all workbooks that you want to save as a workspace type, and close the workbook that you don't want to save as a workspace type, and in the View tab window group, click the ¨ Save Workspace button to open the Save Workspace dialog box. As shown in the figure:

Step 02, select the Save location in the dialog box, and set the saved file name, click OK to save all open workbooks in the workspace, as shown in the figure:

Second, open the workbook in the workspace once

The saved workspace Wensch contains all the workbooks that were opened when the save operation was made, and the Open methods division opens the same method for the regular workbook, as shown in Figure 2-7, which contains 3 workbooks that are not opened by double-clicking the file.
