WPS Office Office Software on the desktop has three shortcuts, are WPS text, WPS table and WPS demo, usually we enter the software, the mouse double-click can open the appropriate program, but when there is no shortcut on the desktop, you have to "start" menu of a large list of programs to find click to start WPS, have you ever tried, without a mouse can also start WPS?
Method One: Borrow Windows shortcut keys Win+r
Press the Windows key win+r to open the Windows System's running window as shown in the following illustration:
After you enter WPS (or ET, WPP) in a text box at the open location of the Run window, click the OK button to quickly start the corresponding WPS text, WPS table, or WPS demo.
Method Two: A key to start WPS
Move the mouse over the WPS text (the ET and WPP methods are the same), right-click, and select Properties from the pop-up shortcut menu, as shown in the following illustration:
In the WPS Text Properties dialog box, select the Shortcut key tab and enter a key as the shortcut key in the text box corresponding to the shortcut key (as shown in the following illustration), and click OK to set the end.
Later, when we need to start WPS text, just one point to press the F4 key, easy to open the WPS text.
Method Three: power-on self-starter
If the power-on will be used in WPS Office software, WPS can also be easily done, so that the beginning of your office to become more relaxed.
Click [Start]-[All Programs]-[start], open the Startup folder, and copy the WPS text (ET and WPP) shortcuts on your desktop to the Startup folder. So as long as the computer is turned on, the WPS text software will automatically open. If you do not want the WPS text to start automatically, just remove the WPS text shortcuts in the Startup folder.
Which of the three ways to quickly start a WPS Office application, plus our usual startup methods, is the best? The answer is only one, the best for their own!
Note: Method Two "One key start" need to have WPS corresponding shortcuts exist, and also recommend that you use the F1~F12 key.
