How to parse a URIs like this in Java http://translate.google.com/#zh-cn|en| you __java

But got this error message:

It S has problem with the "|" character, if I get rid of the "|", and the last Chinese char isn't causing any problem, What ' s the right way to handle this? The pipe character is  "considered unsafe"  for use in URLs. Can fix it by replacing the | With its encoded hex equivalent, which would is "%7c"
