Minimum requirements for the DoD for iteration 0-must meet
- Teams are in place, working together, or working in remote and quick contact has been established
- If you adopt a Scrum team model, the product lead (PO) and scrum master are already in place, have been trained in agile fundamentals, or have read the basics of Agile
- If Kanban is used, the Kanban builder and the requirement/transaction analyst are in place, the Kanban Builder's salutation may be Kanban Master, and have participated in the Kanban basics training, or have read the basics of Kanban and agile
- If you use XP or something else, then the appropriate agile and demand analysts are in place, and the agile advocates may be called Agile coaches, project managers, team leaders, etc.
- The scope of the software system or transaction to be handled is clear, and if it is a new development system or a substantial upgrade, complete the preliminary architecture design
- Initially build the backlog, if using iterations, provide enough backlog to cover iteration 1, and the backlog is less granular than the iteration cycle can handle, and if Kanban classes are used, provide enough backlog to cover 1 weeks.

- Convene a team meeting to discuss the 1th draft of the team charter and agree on the basic practice of Iteration 1

- Team members participate in Agile basic training, or read the basics of Agile
- Perform initial agile scans to identify high-priority improvement issues
