Double-click DoNotAllowIE90, and in the editing window that pops up, modify the value data to 1 to prevent Windows update from pushing IE9 again, and if you want to receive IE9 updates, simply remove the "Setup" Item or " The value of DoNotAllowIE90 "can be changed to 0."
When you turn on the Windows Update check update again, you will find that Windows Update is no longer pushing IE9 updates to us.
