How to preview PDF files in Windows Vista

We have previously introduced the preview function of Windows Vista, that is, viewing the specific content of a file without opening the corresponding file. This is a very useful function, this greatly improves the efficiency of daily work. The preview function of Windows Vista supports image, audio, video, Font, text, e-mail, and even Office documents such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.

Recently, Tim Heuer released a new tool named PDF Preview handler, which allows users without Adobe Acrobat Reader to Preview PDF files in resource manager or Outlook 2007.

This tool does not require any other settings. You can use it after the installation is complete. In this way, when you select a PDF file in the resource manager, its content is displayed in the Preview pane.

In addition, it should be noted that the tool does not have any problems in support of Chinese PDF files. You can see that the content of this PDF file, including the pictures and Chinese characters, is correctly displayed.
