How to print field codes and not field values in a Word 2007 document

In a Word2007 document, the user can print only the field code when printing a Word document that contains a field, but not the field value, as described in the following procedure:

Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and click the Office Button → Word Options button, as shown in Figure 2012040217.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Advanced tab. Select the print field codes instead of field values check box in the Print area, and click OK, as shown in Figure 2012040218.
